For over 15 years, I have been working with people to help them find their own solutions to the obstacles and roadblocks preventing them from living their best life. People often reach out, when they are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious and stressed. As a therapist, I listen to my clients and help them develop the tools they will need to build a strong foundation for personal growth, such as increased self esteem, problem solving skills, coping skills and positive self talk.
Therapy can be a valuable road-map on the journey towards self-love. It can help you reconnect with yourself, your family and your inner circle, to achieve a happy, balanced life.
Since completing my Masters of Social Work at the University of Toronto, in 2006, where I specialized in Social Justice, I have worked with homeless populations, displaced families, traumatic brain injuries, individuals and families facing major life transitions (Divorce, Relocation), and those struggling to overcome anxiety, fears and low mood.
